Conservation programs South America

Conservation efforts involve companies, governments and over all people. WALF works to engage all of them in to coordinated efforts to save endangered species around the world. Each specie has different situations, threats and support. WALF works to make sure all the efforts are taken towards the main impact on the threats to each case. Our team works for each specie separately in many different locations and scenarios.

RIVER DOLPHIN RESCUE AND PROTECTION

Our pilot program is created for River Dolphins, this animals had many treats in the past year and there are many things that need to be done by specialists and local communities before we face a worst scenario for River Dolphins. Find out more about this lovely creatures and how to support their well being. Our efforts go from supporting and reviewing the impact of national laws and practices to communities education. Conservation can be done also by educating, considering one dolphin may bring around 20 to 30 Thousand Dollars in tourism in the Amazons region; fishers need to know that before they keep threatening their lives. Help our dolphins you can make a donation each year and be their sponsor. ( No matter how big or small it is, it helps).
